Privacy policy

This policy explains what WaterProStack collects through this website, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you choose to provide

The Profit Kit signup stores your email address, the page and offer source, consent status, delivery status, and signup timestamps. The contact form stores your name, email address, topic, message, and submission timestamp.

Do not submit customer files, claim documents, health information, payment information, credentials, or other confidential information.

Browser-only tools

Tool entries are processed in your browser and are not sent to WaterProStack. The invoice builder, weekly profit scorecard, estimate board, and scope change planner can store drafts or saved records in your browser’s local storage. These records do not sync between devices. Anyone using the same browser profile can access them. Each workbench tool has download and clear controls; clearing browser site data also removes its saved records. If you copy, download, print, or save an output, it is handled by your browser and device.

How signup information is used

We use signup information to email the requested Profit Kit and the five short lessons described beside the signup form, maintain the subscriber list, measure which offers are useful, and honor unsubscribe requests. We do not sell the subscriber list.

Hosting and technical processing

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Signup and contact records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Amazon Web Services processes email addresses to deliver messages through Amazon Simple Email Service. These providers may process network and security information under their own terms and privacy commitments. WaterProStack does not store visitor IP addresses in its application database.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which tools and resources are useful. Google may receive usage events, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, and analytics identifiers. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in the site configuration. Cloudflare may also use essential network mechanisms to provide security and delivery services.

Embedded videos and external offers

YouTube video thumbnails load from YouTube's image service. The video player uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain and loads only after you press play; YouTube may then receive device, network, and playback information under its own policies. If you follow a marked HighLevel affiliate link, HighLevel and its affiliate-platform provider may process referral parameters and set identifiers needed to attribute the referral. WaterProStack may receive a commission if you start a trial or purchase through that link.

Retention and your choices

Subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, unless a longer period is required for security, compliance, or dispute records. Contact requests are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain appropriate business records.

You can unsubscribe here. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact form and select “Privacy request.” We may need to verify control of the submitted email address.

Children

WaterProStack is a business resource and is not directed to children.
