This policy explains what WaterProStack collects through this website, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you choose to provide

The Growth Pack signup stores your email address, selected trade, optional company name, the page or form source, consent status, and signup timestamps. The contact form stores your name, email address, topic, message, and submission timestamp.

Do not submit customer files, claim documents, health information, payment information, credentials, or other confidential information.

Browser-only tools

The calculator, intake-builder, and follow-up-builder entries are processed in your browser. WaterProStack does not transmit or store those entries. If you copy, download, print, or save an output, it is handled by your browser and device.

How signup information is used

We use signup information to provide access to the requested resource, understand which contractor segments find the material relevant, maintain the subscriber list, and send occasional WaterProStack resources when email delivery is active. We do not sell the subscriber list.

Hosting and technical processing

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Signup and contact records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare may process network and security information as part of delivering and protecting the site under its own terms and privacy commitments. WaterProStack does not store visitor IP addresses in its application database.

Cookies and analytics

The launch version does not install advertising cookies or third-party analytics tags. Cloudflare may use essential network mechanisms to provide security and delivery services.

Retention and your choices

Subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, unless a longer period is required for security, compliance, or dispute records. Contact requests are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain appropriate business records.

You can unsubscribe here. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact form and select “Privacy request.” We may need to verify control of the submitted email address.

Children

WaterProStack is a business resource and is not directed to children.
